How to Place an Order: All clients must have an account with Elkimia in order to purchase our products. You can place your order by email, by fax or via our website. Please note that new customers must have their credit approved before buying (please contact us for details). Changes: Orders may be changed or amended only by written agreement signed by both the client and Elkimia, setting forth the particular changes to be made and the effect, if any, of such changes on the price and time of delivery. The client may not cancel this order unless such cancellation is expressly agreed to in writing by Elkimia. In such event, Elkimia will advise the client of the total charge for such cancellation, and the client agrees to pay such charges. Delivery, Claims, Delays: Immediately upon his receipt of such goods shipped hereunder, the client shall inspect the same and shall notify Elkimia in writing of any claims for shortages, defects or damages and shall hold the goods for Elkimia's written instructions concerning disposition. Should the client fail to notify Elkimia within five days of the receipt of the goods,, such goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions hereof and to have been irrevocably accepted by the client. Payment: Clients pay their due by checks or money transfer to Elkimia Inc. within 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated. Should payment be in default, Elkimia reserves the right to postpone delivery of products, or to change the terms of payment to payment in full or in part in advance of shipment of the undelivered balance of products. Penalties could attain 2% retroactive daily interest for any unpaid invoices. Taxes and Other Charges: All applicable tax, duty, custom, inspection or testing fee or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority shall be paid by client in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. Prices: Prices shown are in US Dollar. Warranties: Elkimia warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to Client by Elkimia through Elkimia's catalog and the analytical data. Client's Use of Products: Elkimia's products are intended for laboratory research and development purposes. Returns: Goods may not be returned for credit except with Elkimia's permission, and then only in strict compliance with Elkimia's return shipment instructions. Any returned items may be subject to a 25% processing fee. |
